Addition and Garage – Montrose

“Shawn Vacek at Remodelers of Houston (William Shaw and Associates, Inc.) provided construction services to replace all aging water, sewer and gas utilities at my 1930 quadruplex in the Montrose. 

“They added a new addition that included laundry facilities for me and my tenants, a potting shed, store room and a glassed-in garden room, a new connection from the old building to the new addition and a new 4 car garage.

“The work was both extensive, detailed and complex. He was always responsive, always listened and was extremely knowledgeable about every construction process.  He always tried to protect my financial position. He was creative in thinking of the best way to solve a problem and one hundred and fifty percent focused on my satisfaction with the construction.

“I intend to do a Phase Two on this same property; I will certainly be talking to Shawn about doing the work.”
