“I had an addition and full remodel done on a 1936 duplex conversion. It had been flipped once in 2005 as a single family home but the finishes were cheap and the flow didn’t work for us.

“We added 1000 sq ft and reworked the layout. We did have issues along the way and they were able to address all of them.
